📋 Description

• Lead the transformation of CVS Health’s distribution network through a next-generation cloud-based Warehouse Management System (WMS) • Lead WMS configuration, deployment, conversion, and stabilization across CVS Health’s supply chain ecosystem • Align operational processes with system capabilities and drive solutions for evolving business needs • Facilitate requirements gathering and translate business challenges into scalable system designs • Champion implementation best practices • Partner with business and technology teams, senior leaders, distribution center leadership, Change Management and Training, Learning & Development, and Supply Chain stakeholders • Drive large-scale transformation initiatives and deliver innovative technology solutions • Improve customer experience, operational efficiency, order accuracy, and colleague productivity

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 65% to select CVS Distribution Centers nationwide • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale warehouse management and supply chain technology initiatives • Expertise in WMS implementations and modernization • Experience with product ownership, agile delivery, stakeholder management, and end-to-end warehouse operations • Knowledge of inventory, fulfillment, automation, replenishment, and labor optimization • Ability to align business objectives, user needs, and technical capabilities into scalable product solutions • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional transformation initiatives • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences • Strong critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills • Understanding of JSON-based APIs and system integrations • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and validate data exchanges • Ability to collaborate with development teams on scalable solutions • Strong budget mindset and ability to drive product improvements with measurable ROI • Bachelor Degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience in WMS and Distribution Center processes • Manhattan Active certification preferred • Experience with test plan development, systems integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing • Proven project management skills • Good written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills focused on customer service and mentoring • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities • Ability to build trusting relationships
