📋 Description

• Manage business operations for Aetna's provider network • Facilitate new provider applications • Manage provider inquiries and assistance requests • Maintain current provider data and demographic information • Make accurate decisions on processes and work direction • Identify, evaluate and act on trends impacting market objectives • Handle common and non-standard provider requests and situations • Interact cross-functionally with multiple business areas • Ensure timely completion of work • Achieve production volume and turnaround-time standards defined by department management • Focus on specific aspects of provider application, inquiry, or data integrity processes as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in Network or related business environment with exposure to provider systems, processes, etc. • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to balance multiple concurrent priorities • Strong communication, critical thinking, problem resolution and interpersonal skills • Working knowledge of business systems, applications, and tools • Microsoft Office experience • Preferred: Experience working with provider data and internal systems EPDB, PDMS, PRMS, and SCM • Preferred: Strong research skills • Preferred: Ability to manage expectations, multi-task, and maintain strong internal and external relationships • Preferred: Independent thinking and strong analytical skills • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
