📋 Description
• Conduct telephonic outreach to eligible members • Help members make improved decisions about their healthcare • Demonstrate critical thinking and judgment to facilitate positive healthcare outcomes • Provide care coordination, support, and education to members • Use care management tools and resources
🎯 Requirements
• 2 years of experience in customer service, retail or inside sales, or health coaching • Data entry and documentation experience within member records strongly preferred • Familiarity with basic medical terminology, health care, and concepts of care management strongly preferred • Call center experience • Demonstrated organizational skills • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Strong desire and commitment to serving others • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook • Bilingual (Spanish) • High School diploma or equivalent GED
