📋 Description

• Lead and/or contribute to all technical aspects of Salesforce projects using Salesforce Service or Health Cloud • Manage development and deployment of new projects and enhancements involving Knowledge Base configuration, Workflow assignments, Service Cloud Voice, Agentforce and LWC • Ensure work products meet business requirements and goals • Provide detailed design and documentation for out-of-the-box and custom-code solutions • Work with blended business and IT development teams • Apply environment and DevOps strategies and establish governance processes for the Salesforce org

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including LWC, Apex and Aura • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices • Proficiency in debugging and performance tuning using Salesforce logs and monitoring tools • Experience with Agile methodology • Good communication and collaborative skills • Experience working in an onshore/offshore support model and collaborating with offshore teams • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Preferred experience with Salesforce AI tools such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Prediction Builder, or Next Best Action • Preferred experience with SAFe methodology • Preferred experience with Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, ANT, Copado, or AutoRABIT • Preferred experience with GitHub, RTC, and automation tools
