📋 Description

• Support the Varicent technical architecture and integration roadmap • Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and operational support procedures • Evaluate Varicent platform capabilities through research and testing • Track deliverables and timelines, develop plans, and communicate progress to stakeholders • Support enhancements, project requests, and defect resolution with scalable technical solutions • Design and implement end-to-end integrations between Varicent and Workday, Salesforce, and Google Cloud Platform • Configure, customize, and develop Varicent applications, calculations, workflows, incentives, rules, and compensation plan components • Collaborate with HR Technology, Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, and other cross-functional partners • Participate in Varicent vendor releases, regression testing, and impact communications • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and timelines • Conduct fit-gap analysis and functional design; configure applications and support user acceptance testing • Design, build, and maintain Varicent reports, dashboards, analytics, and audit capabilities • Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and drive root-cause analysis and production incident resolution • Establish platform governance, security administration, access controls, and compliance monitoring • Mentor team members and promote engineering excellence through code reviews and technical standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, including calculations, workflows and configuration • 5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems • 5+ years configuring and debugging Business Processes and building solutions in Varicent • 5+ years with calculations, complex reports, and various configurations in Varicent • 4+ years with Varicent integration architecture and design patterns • 4+ years working in the HR technology landscape, including cloud computing and mobile technologies • 4+ years designing, building, and maintaining complex Varicent reports, dashboards, analytics, and audit capabilities • 4+ years demonstrating organizational, analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills • 4+ years developing and sustaining relationships with business partners and stakeholders • 3+ years providing timely defect resolution and collaborating with SaaS vendors • 3+ years working with business partners to optimize business processes • 3+ years working effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks • 3+ years demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor's Degree Required • Experience supporting HR and Compensation systems for large organizations with non-exempt employees preferred • Project Management experience preferred • Experience with change management and communications preferred
