📋 Description

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain the Bridgeway platform powering software development and deployment • Design and develop scalable, resilient, and efficient platform solutions using cloud services and modern software design frameworks • Create modular, reusable infrastructure using Terraform and related tools • Strengthen DevOps practices through interdepartmental and cross-functional automation • Architect, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for platform functions and customer needs at scale • Deliver solutions using event-driven, object-oriented, and functional design patterns • Design and implement monitoring and logging solutions for reliability and performance • Define and maintain platform-system lifecycle processes covering updates, patches, and security compliance • Resolve cloud infrastructure issues, analyze performance, and implement optimizations • Plan infrastructure scaling for business growth • Apply security-first practices to meet SOC, SOC2, HIPAA, NIST, and regulatory requirements • Implement and manage IAM, firewalls, and SIEM solutions • Integrate diverse and non-traditional systems • Lead assigned projects and drive cross-team collaboration, execution, delivery, and accountability • Write clean, efficient, and documented code • Participate in the on-call rotation for platform-service reliability and availability • Use generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to improve workflows, solution quality, and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of platform, cloud, or SRE engineering experience • Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure • Solid understanding of Python, Bash, PowerShell, or other scripting languages • Experience in transitioning a legacy environment to modern cloud practices • Strong experience with Git and collaborative workflows • Intermediate proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation, or other Infrastructure as Code frameworks • Intermediate experience with CI/CD pipeline development and tools • Intermediate proficiency with Agile methodologies and the SDLC process • Solid understanding of containerization tooling such as Docker, Podman, LXC, and similar • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Experience using generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to improve productivity and deliver high-quality outcomes • Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
