📋 Description

• Negotiate, draft, and review customer Master Service Agreements (MSAs) • Maintain and update corporate contract templates, including MSA, NDA, BAA, independent contractor, and restrictive covenant templates • Review, draft, and negotiate vendor agreements • Manage ad hoc legal projects with internal stakeholders and external parties • Manage and resolve customer contract disputes with internal teams, external counsel, and customers • Provide legal guidance on employee-related matters, including employment contracts, disputes, terminations, and labor-law compliance • Manage relationships with external law firms and oversee the delivery of timely, cost-effective, quality legal services • Collaborate on corporate policies, including the employee handbook, remote work policies, and workplace regulations • Ensure policies are current, legally compliant, and effectively communicated to employees

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school • 3–7 years of experience as a corporate attorney • Experience in a corporate in-house legal department or corporate-law firm preferred • Demonstrated experience using AI-powered legal technology for contract drafting, review, and legal research • Sound judgment verifying AI-generated output and safeguarding client confidentiality • Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills • Experience with employment law, vendor agreements, and corporate governance • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively • Experience managing external law firms and vendors • Must be a licensed attorney in Maryland • Experience in the technology or cybersecurity sector preferred • Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations preferred • Experience handling corporate compliance and regulatory matters preferred
