📋 Description

• Design and implement enterprise AI and agent governance frameworks, including operating models, policies, standards, roles, responsibilities, and roadmaps • Govern the full agent lifecycle across Agent Builder, SharePoint agents, Copilot Studio, Frontier agents, and Copilot connectors • Design Agent 365 governance covering identity boundaries, policy, monitoring, audit, and alignment with Defender, Purview, and Entra ID • Define Copilot Studio security, DLP, credit consumption, and capacity controls • Establish and formalize AI Centers of Excellence and governance review cadences • Map responsible AI and regulatory expectations into practical controls, evaluation gates, and audit evidence • Lead Microsoft Purview and Fabric data governance workstreams covering catalog, lineage, classification, data quality, sensitivity labeling, and data product ownership • Assess data readiness for AI, including SharePoint and OneDrive oversharing risks and agent knowledge-source governance • Design Purview protections for AI and coordinate them with Power Platform and Copilot Studio policies • Govern Dataverse and Dataverse-to-Fabric patterns • Design Power Platform environment strategies, landing zones, DLP, connector classification, ALM, deployment governance, and rollback processes • Deploy and operationalize the CoE Starter Kit, Copilot Studio Starter Kit, managed environments, and Entra ID security models • Shape Microsoft 365 collaboration governance across Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange • Advise on Azure governance for AI workloads, including landing zones, Azure Policy, RBAC, tagging, cost controls, Azure OpenAI, and AI Foundry • Define application and SDLC governance for AI solutions • Lead multi-pillar client engagements and direct mid-level consultants and engineers • Lead executive briefings, AI Opportunity Labs, environment strategy workshops, and security and DLP strategy workshops • Partner with sellers and solution engineering on discovery, estimates, WBS, and SOWs • Produce governance frameworks, playbooks, runbooks, decision logs, intake forms, and policy templates • Contribute reusable intellectual property, accelerators, and governance offerings

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise technology experience • 4+ years leading governance, security, or architecture work on Microsoft platforms • Experience in multi-business-unit, regulated, or high-scrutiny environments • Proven depth in AI and agent governance, including Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Agent 365 • Experience with agent publishing models, agent identity, security posture, and enterprise-scale monitoring • Proven depth in Microsoft Purview data governance, including information protection, DLP, data map and catalog, and DSPM for AI • Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric • Hands-on Power Platform governance, including environment strategy, DLP, managed environments, CoE Starter Kit, and ALM with Pipelines or Azure DevOps • Familiarity with PPAC • Knowledge of Entra ID, least privilege, conditional access, RBAC, Defender, and auditability • Working knowledge of Azure governance, including landing zones, Azure Policy, RBAC, and cost controls • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration governance • Track record of architecting and implementing governance models • Portfolio evidence • Executive-grade written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work remotely within the United States or Canada with reliable overlap for Eastern and Central business hours • Azure AI knowledge: Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, AI Search, content safety, and evaluation tooling • Pro-code extensions knowledge: Azure Functions, Logic Apps, custom connectors, API Management, and GitHub Advanced Security • ServiceNow or other ITSM integration knowledge • Adoption and change management knowledge • Certifications such as SC-100, SC-401, PL-600, AB-100, or AZ-305, or equivalent demonstrated experience • Consulting or professional services experience • Pre-sales exposure • Experience mentoring consultants or growing a practice
