📋 Description

• Serve as the primary compensation advisor for Alliance Air Products and Mexico-based operations. • Design, develop, and maintain compensation structures and job frameworks that support business growth and market competitiveness. • Conduct job evaluations, market pricing analyses, and compensation benchmarking for professional, managerial, and leadership roles. • Partner closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to provide compensation guidance, recommendations, and insights. • Support compensation governance across U.S. and Mexican operations while helping ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. • Lead compensation projects related to organizational growth, acquisitions, workforce integration, and process improvement. • Participate in annual compensation programs, including salary structure updates, merit planning, and compensation reviews. • Develop compensation tools, reporting, dashboards, and analytical models that enable informed decision-making. • Evaluate leadership-level positions and provide recommendations regarding market competitiveness and internal equity. • Help establish scalable compensation practices that support future international growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 6+ years of progressive compensation experience. • Professional fluency in both English and Spanish, including the ability to conduct business discussions and presentations in both languages. • Experience supporting compensation cycles, including merit planning, salary structure administration, and market benchmarking. • Strong knowledge of job evaluation, job architecture, leveling, and compensation program administration. • Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills. • Demonstrated ability to consult with leaders and influence compensation-related decisions. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience supporting compensation programs in Mexico, Latin America, or other international markets. (preferred) • Knowledge of Mexican labor practices, compensation regulations, and benefits programs. (preferred) • Experience working in a global, matrixed, or multi-business organization. (preferred) • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or progress toward certification. (preferred) • Experience with acquisitions, organizational design, or workforce integration projects. • Familiarity with HRIS and compensation systems such as Workday, Payfactors , or similar platforms. (preferred) • Experience leveraging automation, AI, or digital tools to improve compensation processes. (preferred)
