📋 Description

• Lead the growth of controls capabilities throughout Indiana and Kentucky • Lead supportive resources and others to meet or exceed district needs • Listen to district controls needs and recommend additional resources • Communicate available resources and progress to the district and region • Provide resources and support to overcome growth challenges at district service offices • Provide direct control project development and service sales support to sales members • Prepare cost estimates and price quotations on new work • Coordinate cost estimates on project continuation • Coordinate with project management and operations teams to assure customer satisfaction • Coach and mentor Controls Project Developers • Direct engineering team members to develop products and solutions • Communicate with regional and district peers to promote consistent customer deliverables • Coach and mentor engineering team members • Manage vendor relationships, product availability, and district pricing • Identify and negotiate with additional vendors • Identify and communicate internal and external professional development courses • Promote continuous improvement among Controls personnel • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related experience, or equivalent work experience • 6–8+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC and Controls experience • Niagara experience is a plus • 4+ years of people management experience • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems • Familiarity with building automation protocols such as BACnet and Modbus
