📋 Description

• Lead, manage, mentor, and develop a team of Field Applications Scientists • Support sales growth strategy and funnel acceleration through applications collaboration and value-added services • Represent the company at conferences and workshops • Oversee technical and scientific pre- and post-sales customer support • Deliver presentations, demonstrations, protocol development, training, and troubleshooting • Establish best practices, standard work, workflows, and performance metrics • Ensure team performance accountability and compliance • Manage departmental staffing and resource allocation • Align product capabilities with market needs and ensure technical excellence and exceptional customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• BSc, M.Sc. or PhD in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or related life science discipline • Minimum 5+ years of experience in flow cytometry • Experience in applications, technical support, or field-based scientific role preferred • Ability to travel up to 85% overnight travel • Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) • Field Applications Management and/or Field Applications Management in Flow Cytometry is a plus • Clinical Flow Cytometry experience is a plus
