📋 Description

• Curate comprehensive information about Precision teams and offerings to communicate capabilities and value to prospective clients • Review RFIs and RFPs and apply key information to new business opportunities • Create narrative and summary content in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Develop content, executive summaries, slide titles, case studies, and new business presentation components • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leaders to craft cohesive stories • Follow and enforce organizational brand guidelines • Provide copy feedback and recommend improvements to storytelling • Train colleagues on effective storytelling • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to incorporate learnings and updated messaging • Create, organize, and disseminate organizational resources to Sales and other teams • Maintain slide libraries and content repositories • Provide insights into AI process evolution • Recommend process improvements for efficiency and productivity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or relevant field • 3-5 years’ experience in proposal writing, copywriting, creative writing, content marketing, business development, presentations, or client services • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills • Experience working with diverse teams and communicating with executive leaders • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • PowerPoint design proficiency • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship
