📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for strategic customer implementations involving customer data and marketing projects • Guide architectural design, data engineering, identity resolution, audience activation, and agent deployment • Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams on engagement strategies across the territory • Drive Customer Lake adoption from Customer 360 build-out through CDP augmentation or replacement • Advise CMOs, MarTech leaders, data engineering leaders, and marketing and analytics teams • Deliver workshops, proofs of concept, and customer-facing collateral • Influence the product roadmap through field-derived, data-driven recommendations • Serve as the tier-3 escalation point for complex technical challenges • Establish and refine sales qualification and POC intake processes • Build relationships with internal and external business partners • Drive thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales, or consulting role influencing technical executives and driving customer data and marketing strategy and product adoption • Minimum 2+ years of experience implementing modern data estate, CDP, and Lakehouse architectures focused on data and AI applications • Experience designing and implementing data and AI applications for marketing and customer engagement, including identity resolution, segmentation, personalization, next-best-action, and agentic AI workflows • Ability to facilitate and influence executive stakeholders while aligning technology strategy to business value and ROI • Proficiency in AI-assisted programming, debugging, and problem-solving using SQL and Python • Experience collaborating with Global System Integrators and third-party consulting organizations • Hands-on experience building solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP • Understanding of cloud-native data ingestion, activation, and governance • Deep experience in customer data and marketing analytics • Broad familiarity with data engineering, data warehousing, AI/ML for personalization, data governance, or streaming • Undergraduate degree or higher in a technical field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or similar • If access to export-controlled technology or source code is required, employment may depend on the employer obtaining a U.S. government license
