📋 Description

• Develop marketing web experiences for product launches, events, interactive experiences, and campaign pages • Take projects from Figma to production with the web team, marketers, and designers • Own the Contentful content model and component library, including content types, validations, references, and reusable sections • Ship QA-ready code and check it across devices, browsers, and tracking • Improve page speed using Core Web Vitals • Build and evaluate A/B tests and personalized experiences with Growth and Paid teams • Maintain technical SEO and AEO, including structured data, redirects, hreflang, crawlability, files, and markup • Own Google Tag Manager tracking across organic and paid channels, including data layer, GA4 events, pixels, conversion APIs, and consent mode • Take over day-to-day tag maintenance from the external provider • Identify funnel issues and attribution gaps and implement fixes • Build AI agents into release processes for code reviews, first-pass QA, accessibility checks, and link and metadata audits • Collaborate with marketers and the growth team to embed AI agents into agentic processes • Report to the Head of Web within Growth, Demand Generation & Digital Marketing • Work with the Web team, Designers, Growth teams, IT, and R&D

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4+ years in web development, ideally on marketing sites, at an agency, or on a growth team • Hands-on experience managing a website in Contentful • Strong React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS skills • Experience building with AI coding tools and demonstrable shipped work • Experience optimizing page load performance • Hands-on experience with GTM and GA4, or ability to learn tools quickly and prove it • Portfolio or GitHub demonstrating work • Based on the US East Coast; New York hybrid preferred • Willingness to overlap with European mornings • Next.js and Vercel experience is nice to have • A/B testing or personalization tools experience is nice to have • Server-side GTM, consent management, Google Ads enhanced conversions, LinkedIn or Meta conversion APIs experience is nice to have • Technical SEO and structured data experience is nice to have
