📋 Description

• Manage daily workflows for core functional lanes, including Contract Management, Revenue Management, Claim Content/Formatting, and Metadata • Directly lead and develop front-line teammates and supervisors, typically overseeing 2 supervisors and 10–15 teammates • Provide timely coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations • Identify efficiencies in Setup Lines of Business, test process changes, and use systemic problem-solving • Analyze how changes in one part of a process affect other areas • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly key metrics, including SLA performance and WIP • Identify trends, variances, and barriers to growth • Partner with ROPS and Finance teams and Payer Partnerships • Align on SOPs and manage cross-functional projects • Translate tactical goals into actionable milestones • Anticipate future business needs and align team objectives with broader Village priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Previous supervisory or manager experience in Revenue Operations, Setup, or is preferred • Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Access • Knowledge of database tools such as SQL, Toad, or Netezza is a strong plus • Ability to perform root-cause analysis to address process gaps • Strong verbal and written skills • Executive presence needed to frame complex concepts clearly for diverse stakeholders and business leaders • Commitment to the “DaVita Way,” fostering a team culture of safety, belonging, and service excellence
