📋 Description

• Lead analyses and solve complex problems within Revenue Operations • Improve processes and understand Revenue Cycle intricacies to affect organizational results • Enhance business outcomes for operational teams impacting DaVita’s revenue cycle • Perform complex analysis, including analytical modeling • Assess and quantify the business impact of various efforts • Develop automated reporting around key business drivers • Use analytical tools including SQL, Excel, Tableau, VBA, Python, and Access • Break down complex problems and develop robust solutions • Synthesize analytical findings to recommend, facilitate, and drive strategic and process improvements within the revenue cycle • Challenge status quo operations to identify transformative change • Influence change and drive results through written and oral communication • Partner with leaders across multiple teams and with external vendors and insurance companies • Create and maintain project plans • Prepare and lead project updates for key stakeholders • Manage resources and time according to work priority and value

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field of study (STEM, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business) and 2+ years’ experience OR applicable work experience • Master’s degree preferred • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required • Experience using analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, VBA, Python, Access, etc. preferred • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, including analytical modeling and insight generation • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, easily digestible manner to a range of audiences including senior leaders • Commitment to DaVita's values of Service Excellence, Integrity, Team, Continuous Improvement, Accountability, Fulfillment and Fun • Experience in healthcare and/or revenue cycle preferred
