📋 Description

• Support the CIO in developing and executing annual strategic plans, cross-functional OKRs, and technology department scorecards • Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CIO • Monitor critical programs and portfolios, surfacing risks, constraints, and actionable insights before escalation • Design and orchestrate the Technology organization’s operating rhythm and CIO routines • Build meeting agendas, facilitate discussions, track follow-up actions, and drive leadership accountability • Triage escalations and optimize the CIO’s engagement in critical decisions • Coordinate high-impact executive communications for the CIO with the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive stakeholders • Prepare information for regular discussions with Mile High leaders • Represent the organization’s perspective in cross-functional forums as a CIO proxy • Build trust-based relationships with the Technology Core Team • Integrate siloed initiatives and align Technology with DaVita’s clinical and business objectives • Coordinate strategic plans and cross-departmental alignment with peer executives’ Chiefs of Staff

🎯 Requirements

• 10–12+ years of progressive experience in technology operations and/or product management • Experience with large enterprise programs and AI implementations • Experience in technology strategy and operations in provider companies • Bachelor’s degree required • Prior experience as Chief of Staff or in business management supporting a C-level technology executive highly preferred • Ability to synthesize complex technical and business information into actionable strategies and narratives • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to and challenging senior executives • Track record of driving large-scale initiatives from inception to completion within a matrixed organization • High emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships, influence without formal authority, and navigate sensitive organizational dynamics • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and ability to bring order to ambiguity
