📋 Description

• Shape and steer the strategic roadmap of the Operational Excellence Action Team • Engage, align, and influence senior leaders and field operators to drive adoption and execution of Operational Excellence objectives • Direct high-impact, cross-functional programs that accelerate operational transformation and deploy scalable solutions • Scope, structure, and execute complex strategic projects from ideation to implementation • Identify operational bottlenecks and emerging opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis • Deliver executive-ready recommendations and lead scoping across Runway, Forge, and Pioneer innovation workstreams • Establish KPIs, governance cadences, and tracking mechanisms to measure initiative impact • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives • Lead agenda design, synthesized analysis, narrative development, and executive presentations • Identify systemic gaps and workflow friction; design standardized processes, change management frameworks, and communication strategies • Build and maintain a critical-path project inventory, track variances, manage interdependencies, mitigate risk, and report milestone status and outcomes • Participate in ad-hoc executive initiatives, strategic deep-dives, and cross-lane Village projects

• Proven ability to lead and execute through influence across all levels of the Village • High executive maturity • Exceptional problem-solving agility • Discretion with sensitive initiatives • Ability to lead complex, high-priority, quick-turnaround strategic projects from ideation through implementation • Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis • Ability to develop executive-ready recommendations • Ability to establish KPIs, governance cadences, and tracking mechanisms • Ability to provide strategic thought partnership on complex operational decisions • Ability to design standardized processes, change management frameworks, and communication strategies • Ability to track project variances, manage interdependencies, mitigate risk, and report milestone status and outcomes
