• Lead a team of analysts delivering business intelligence, strategic insights, and operational decision support • Establish team priorities, goals, and success metrics aligned with organizational objectives • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of insights, recommendations, and analytical work products • Translate complex business challenges and high-level strategy into structured analyses and actionable recommendations • Manage work across multiple stakeholders and initiatives • Present insights and persuasive recommendations to leaders at multiple organizational levels • Remove barriers, resolve issues, and drive sustainable solutions • Coach and develop a high-performing team of analysts • Foster accountability, continuous learning, professional growth, engagement, and collaboration • Provide feedback, career development support, and performance coaching • Guide analytical approaches and appropriate use of data for business decisions • Break large, ambiguous problems into manageable components • Validate results through critical thinking, business context, and analytical rigor • Leverage analytical tools and technologies to improve efficiency, visibility, and insight generation • Promote documentation, process discipline, and knowledge sharing • Take on additional special projects as required
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field — Required • 5–10 years of total work experience in progressive roles — Required • 2+ years of direct people leadership experience — Required • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel — Required • Experience analyzing business operations, data, or processes — Required • Demonstrated experience leading analytical, reporting, or business intelligence teams and initiatives — Required • Experience translating complex business problems into data-driven insights and recommendations — Required • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes through analytical problem solving and communication — Required • Experience with Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, GCP/Big Query, data warehousing, or similar analytical tools — Preferred • Experience within healthcare revenue cycle or healthcare operations — Preferred • Up to 30% travel
