📋 Description

• Research reported issues to validate root causes and review accuracy • Resolve discrepancies preventing quality data at patient and payer levels • Provide case studies and examples to illustrate issues • Communicate with vendors to drive resolution • Audit Eligibility and Insurance Discovery alerts to ensure correct actions • Drive next steps, including correcting TM errors, defining best practices, and enhancing workflows • Periodically review and refine existing processes • Identify changes in payer behavior and broader system solutions • Confirm whether workflows need adjustment • Partner with embedded analysts to add business context to analytical insights

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, required • Associates or Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred • Ability to research and problem solve using analytical and critical thinking skills • Healthcare and medical billing/collections experience preferred • Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, including OneNote, Excel, and Outlook • Demonstrated history of resolving challenging issues • Team-oriented values
