📋 Description

• Serve as the division’s clinical lead for quality, education, and nursing services across Integrated Kidney Care • Implement programs to improve patient quality outcomes • Provide training, education, project management, and support for clinical teammates • Manage the division’s clinical services team • Supervise clinical services teammates, including hiring, promotion, discipline, professional development, and discharge • Participate in divisional CQI activities • Monitor implementation and report on company initiatives • Identify and modify clinical policies and procedures • Collect and report data • Monitor and report on the AOR investigation process • Ensure completion of DaVita Prep and clinical training programs • Identify training needs and implement action plans • Direct implementation of national education materials and revisions • Establish continuing education and professional development programs • Support hospital-level education • Ensure compliance with DaVita policies, laws, regulations, and nursing practice guidelines • Oversee audits and assist with corrective action plans • Coach and provide performance feedback to the clinical team • Support development of clinical preceptors • Participate in divisional operations and strategic planning meetings • Provide operational review reports and analysis • Allocate resources according to divisional priorities • Develop a collaborative and unified team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required • Licensure in state of residence required • 7 years dialysis experience preferred • 5 years in a leadership role with direct supervisory responsibilities • Strong written and oral communication skills • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor people • Ability to utilize resources to accomplish key metrics • Demonstrated team building and coaching/mentoring skills • Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing priorities • Ability to identify, analyze, and collaboratively solve workplace issues • In-depth understanding of facility operations and direct caregiver roles • Ability to develop creative solutions for adult learning, education, and continuing education • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills • Reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to delegate appropriately • Detail-oriented and able to drive projects forward
