📋 Description

• Develop and scale Oura’s partnerships with health plans, health systems and virtual care companies • Identify and qualify opportunities and define ideal customer profiles • Engage enterprise healthcare prospects where Oura’s wearable signals can improve patient engagement and care delivery • Map healthcare buying environments, stakeholders, budgets, and business cases • Translate market feedback into recommendations on packaging, pricing, product priorities, and evidence requirements • Lead consultative, complex sales processes with senior healthcare executives • Build and manage a qualified new-business pipeline • Develop value propositions, business cases, pricing structures, and contracting strategies • Negotiate and close agreements covering commercial terms, implementation, data use, clinical responsibilities, and program measurement • Build multi-year partnerships and establish feedback loops for roadmap decisions • Move opportunities from concept to pilot to scaled deployment • Define launch success criteria and develop measurement and evidence plans • Review program performance and recommend iteration, expansion, renewal, or discontinuation • Convert partnership learnings into repeatable offerings, implementation playbooks, and case studies • Shape Oura’s perspective on continuous health data in care delivery • Establish operating rhythms for pipeline review, partner prioritization, deal strategy, launch readiness, and post-launch performance • Represent Oura at healthcare conferences, customer meetings, and industry forums • Achieve first-year outcomes including a focused market/account strategy, qualified strategic pipeline, initial partnerships, measurable early program value, and a repeatable learning system

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital health, healthcare technology, virtual care, healthcare services, or a closely related field, including substantial experience in enterprise partnerships or business development • Extensive, first hand experience commercializing disease management, connected care, remote monitoring, or wearable-enabled programs • Understanding of buying decisions across health plans, health systems, provider groups and virtual care companies • Ability to develop compelling narratives for audiences ranging from chief medical officers and population-health leaders to CFOs, procurement executives, product leaders and care operations teams • Proven track record taking an early pilot through implementation, measurement, renewal, and expansion • Thoughtful perspective on wearable technology and continuous physiological and behavioral data in healthcare delivery • Past experience at a company where priorities evolve quickly and resources are constrained • Demonstrated record of closing complex healthcare partnerships and helping make them successful after signature • Experience building a new market, category, product, or partnership motion where the offering, buyer, pricing, or proof of value was not fully defined at the outset • Strong fluency in healthcare economics and buyer priorities including member or patient engagement, care management, utilization, total cost of care, reimbursement and return on investment • Experience working with clinical, product, engineering, legal, privacy, implementation, and outcomes teams • Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills • Highly accountable, analytical, and hands-on operating style
