📋 Description

• Develop and execute a multi-year DevOps and Cloud strategy aligned with enterprise architecture and business objectives • Lead, mentor, and grow Managers, Leads, and Senior Engineers • Build a leadership pipeline and succession plan • Define and champion the Platform Engineering roadmap • Own governance and standards for Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management • Drive reliability and scalability improvements, including enterprise-wide SLOs and error budget policies • Lead the transition from legacy systems to cloud-native solutions • Advise senior leadership on architectural decisions and build-versus-buy strategies • Partner with Security and Compliance to embed HIPAA/SOX controls into DevSecOps • Lead cross-departmental Communities of Practice • Own cloud infrastructure, tooling, and professional services budgets • Drive FinOps practices and optimize cloud spend • Negotiate contracts and manage strategic technology vendor relationships • Serve as a senior escalation point for major incidents • Oversee post-incident reviews and systemic root-cause remediation • Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities for critical platforms • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and qualifications sufficient for the role, including skills and competencies relevant to Sr Manager, DevOps • Knowledge of DevOps and cloud strategy • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Serverless, and Microservices • Knowledge of DevSecOps and regulatory controls including HIPAA/SOX • Experience with cloud infrastructure, tooling, and professional services • Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization • Experience negotiating technology vendor contracts and managing strategic vendor relationships • Experience with major incident escalation, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
