📋 Description

• Report directly to the leader of DaVita Clinical Research • Partner with functions across the DaVita Clinical Research business to drive strategic planning, management processes, business communications, and information synthesis • Support DCR executives in crafting and executing strategic initiatives • Organize core operating efforts and drive collaboration across lanes • Own project management efforts • Craft and deliver key internal communications • Identify management process gaps and improvement opportunities, then implement solutions • Lead critical projects across multiple service lanes • Monitor metrics and track initiative progress • Prepare presentations for senior leadership • Collaborate across teams to perform analyses and synthesize results • Support development and improvement of a high-performing leadership team • Advance best-in-class capabilities across teams • Keep executives apprised of project status and schedule or scope variations • Manage and drive strategic and operational initiatives with other teams • Structure ambiguous problems into clear workstreams and drive execution • Develop and communicate project scope, timelines, plans, resource requirements, and assumptions • Create, implement, and drive adoption of processes and solutions supporting clinical and business outcomes • Communicate project status, updates, and needs to senior leadership • Prepare reports and manage against targets and goals, including scope, schedule, metrics, and revenue • Scope, plan, and execute multiple quick-turnaround projects with minimal assistance

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in Strategy, Consulting with Project Management or a similar role supporting enterprise-level initiatives within healthcare or financial operations leadership • Bachelor’s Degree required • MBA or graduate degree preferred • At least 5 years of experience in a strategic or operational leadership role • A minimum of 1 year of project management experience • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required • Prior experience in healthcare services and/or working with payors, physician networks, pharmaceutical companies, or clinical research organizations preferred • Must be comfortable researching and presenting internal and external data to help senior leaders make decisions • Demonstrated track record of top performance • Highly organized, structured working style with strong project management skills • Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information • Strong analytical and presentation skills • Ability to work effectively with limited oversight • Resourcefulness and ability to implement effective solutions despite time or resource constraints • Attention to detail and strong follow-through • Poise, tact, and diplomacy under pressure • Ability to influence others to achieve objectives • Flexibility and openness to frequent schedule/calendar changes and emerging priorities • Travel required: up to 25%
