📋 Description

• Manage client relationships and set business and real estate strategies with clients, business leads, third parties, and stakeholders • Lead regular client meetings and conference calls covering transaction strategies, progress, development, and cross-functional requirements • Identify, develop, and implement improvements to client transaction management processes • Foster trusted advisor relationships • Assist clients with a large number of annual transactions • Independently execute lease and capital transactions • Negotiate favorable and flexible lease terms • Collect requirements, obtain market data, review reports, and oversee broker partners, site selection, and site evaluation • Create RFPs, negotiate transaction documents, and prepare senior-management approval packages • Develop occupancy cost savings strategies and refine transaction processes • Provide financial analysis and advisory financial storytelling using NPV/NER • Review commission invoices and ensure compliance with JLL and client fee provisions • Help expand account services, participate in business development, and drive revenue and adjusted growth margin • Identify and present unforeseen transaction opportunities to clients

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Strong financial analytic skills, including NPV/NER • Ability to independently execute lease and capital transactions of all types and sizes • Ability to negotiate lease terms • Ability to collect client requirements and obtain market data • Ability to review market reports • Ability to retain and oversee real estate broker partners nationally • Ability to oversee site selection and site evaluation • Ability to create requests for proposals (RFPs) • Ability to negotiate letters of intent, leases, and purchase and sale agreements • Ability to prepare approval packages for senior management • Ability to develop occupancy cost savings strategies and evaluate alternative occupancy solutions and financial structures • Ability to review commission invoices for accuracy • Ability to ensure compliance with contractual provisions related to fee structures
