📋 Description

• Lead District efforts for assigned KeepStock engagements and onsite customer service activities • Manage a team of 10 to 20 Onsite Service Representatives/Specialists maintaining inventory in customer accounts • Collaborate across multiple Grainger teams to achieve results • Implement the Leader Plan, including assessing and prioritizing, coaching and teaching, and hiring top talent • Promote team member engagement and support team member development • Manage projects by allocating resources and ensuring return on investment and profitability • Analyze market conditions, trends, and customer requirements to guide the broader organization • Ensure appropriate solutions and resources are offered and deployed to customers • Ensure optimal customer survey satisfaction levels • Partner with internal Grainger teams to develop tailored KeepStock strategies supporting customer business pressures and goals • Support collaboration between Sales and Service teams to drive profitable revenue growth and improve service levels

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of retail, manufacturing or industrial business experience with direct leadership experience • Understanding of financial and economic concepts • Experience leading in a matrixed environment • Experience building and working effectively within different teams • Strength in process improvement, ownership and control, and project management • Experience leading and working towards goals with a remote team
