📋 Description

• Build and lead a team of FTE and outsourced Sales Operations experts to improve customer data • Partner with GTM leadership to understand data gaps and address them through processes, policies, and workflows • Apply systems thinking and continuous improvement to team-owned mechanisms • Develop a data quality roadmap for customer data challenges • Align prioritization with leadership, Data Engineering, and Systems teams • Influence implementation and enablement of systems and tools with internal systems teams • Create an outsourcing strategy for continuous data cleanup • Manage contractors to scale data quality initiatives, reporting, processes, and analytics • Define and measure success metrics • Develop dashboards tracking progress against metrics • Communicate progress to Stripe leadership and leverage support to influence and unblock

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of sales, strategy, and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment or operational experience in management consulting • Ability to own problems, investigate root causes, and ensure execution • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and elevate issues to leadership • Willingness to perform individual-contributor work while leading • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment
