📋 Description

• Lead discovery strategies with engineering and UX/research to identify user needs and pain points • Refine discovery strategy through continuous user and business feedback • Collaborate with UX on usable experiences validated through rapid feedback and usability testing • Develop and share OKRs for outcome-based product advancements • Use data and product analytics to formulate hypotheses, monitor performance, and improve products • Lead and inspire a cross-functional product team • Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to build workflows and align with business objectives • Communicate product vision, strategy, and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Partner with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams • Prioritize, deliver, and iterate on product features, enhancements, and updates with engineering • Perform story mapping and break work into epics and stories • Create and refine development stories and prioritize stories and defects • Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings • Identify opportunities for product innovation and maintain competitive advantage

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Management roles, with a track record of successfully launching and iterating on products • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Deep understanding of agile development methodologies • Strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans • Data-driven product management background • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Experience with product analytics, OKRs, problem statements, solution hypotheses, story mapping, epics, and user stories • Ability to work with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to meet requirements
