📋 Description

• Ensure smooth integration of processes and systems, including troubleshooting daily operational issues related to drug and background integration during onboarding • Work with internal and external partners to ensure communication and alignment on projects and processes affecting workflow • Engage stakeholders to address concerns and explain changes or updates • Collaborate with the Robotics Automation Processing (RPA) team to identify automation and efficiency opportunities • Monitor and resolve BOT-related issues to minimize operational disruption • Support and guide the Welcome Wagon team in onboarding new staff and facilities • Develop and update job aids, training materials, and documentation • Identify process improvement and optimization opportunities within onboarding • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive efficiencies • Test Workday updates to ensure seamless integration and functionality at go-live

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 2-4 years of total work experience • Advanced Excel proficiency, including finding averages, creating pivot tables and graphs, and identifying trends in data • Project management experience is a plus • Talent management experience is a plus • HRIS experience is a plus
