📋 Description

• Recruit and develop a network of qualified Adult Foster Living (AFL) providers • Create and execute recruitment strategies to meet program growth goals • Build relationships with community organizations, faith-based groups, advocacy organizations, and other referral sources • Conduct outreach through community events, virtual meetings, social media, and other recruitment channels • Educate prospective providers about AFL services, requirements, and opportunities • Guide applicants through provider onboarding, screening, and approval processes • Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking information • Collaborate with HCBS leadership and operational teams to identify provider needs and recruitment priorities • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline activity and outcomes • Represent LSC professionally in the community and virtually • Support special projects and other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred • Experience in recruiting, sales, business development, community outreach, human services, or healthcare preferred • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral health services, or community-based programs is a plus • Strong networking and relationship-building skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Comfortable presenting information to groups and individuals • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual communication platforms • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism • Self-motivated with a passion for connecting individuals to meaningful opportunities • Regular travel throughout North Carolina; local and regional travel required • Occasional evening and weekend events may be required
