📋 Description

• Manage relationships with new and existing customers and connect customers with company resources to resolve issues and needs • Quote and oversee the sales process • Prospect for sales opportunities through telephone, personal visits, mailings, internet searches, trade shows, industrial events, meetings, and referrals • Compile lists of prospective customers for sales leads • Attend customer meetings by telephone and in person to discuss sales solutions • Make site and facility visits to determine communication needs and possible solutions • Prepare and present sales proposals and meet management-set quotas • Work with the supervisor and credit manager to quote prices, credit terms, and prepare sales agreements • Estimate customer delivery dates based on production and delivery schedules • Train new customers in equipment use • Prepare and manage monthly forecasts, sales plans, sales funnels, sales results, and annual forecast reports • Plan sales calls and identify the Single Sales Objective • Enter new and existing customer data into the computer database • Develop and maintain relationships with purchasing contacts • Investigate and resolve customer delivery problems • Contact customers after sale to ensure satisfaction • Attend new product training as needed • Develop and implement plans and strategies for the sales territory • Articulate product and service value propositions to convert prospects to customers

🎯 Requirements

• One year certificate from college or technical school in sales/communication technology OR one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Valid Driver’s License • At least two written letters of recommendation, cover letter, and resume with application • High-level understanding of radio concepts • Moderate understanding of general wireless technology
