• Conduct regular individual and/or group supervision sessions with LAPC associate clinicians • Review and sign off on treatment plans, progress notes, assessments, and other clinical documentation • Guide case conceptualization and clinical decision-making for complex or high-risk cases • Track and document supervision hours according to Georgia licensure requirements • Provide real-time consultation and support during crisis or risk situations • Collaborate with school counselors and district partners to ensure continuity of student care • Lead case consultations and training sessions • Provide ongoing performance feedback, including input toward licensure readiness • Contribute to Daybreak Health’s clinical supervision practices and training curriculum
• Fully licensed LPC • Active Georgia LPC Supervisor credential approved by the Georgia Composite Board to supervise LAPCs • Ability to conduct supervision sessions in accordance with Georgia Board requirements • Ability to review and sign off on clinical documentation • Knowledge of Georgia licensure requirements • Ability to provide consultation for crisis or risk situations • Ability to collaborate with school counselors, district partners, caregivers, and community partners
