📋 Description

• Own content strategy and editorial calendars for Day Translations and Day Interpreting websites • Identify, plan, create, update, consolidate, and remove content based on customer needs, search intent, keywords, and business priorities • Manage writers and editors, including recruiting, evaluating, assigning, briefing, reviewing, editing, and providing feedback • Personally research, write, edit, optimize, and publish content • Manage content from assignment through expert review, design, SEO checks, approval, and publication • Coordinate with designers and developers on readable, mobile-friendly, accessible, and navigable pages • Publish through the content management system and verify live-page accuracy and functionality • Own SEO improvement plans, keyword research, competitor research, content audits, search-intent analysis, and on-page optimization • Coordinate technical SEO fixes involving crawling, indexing, redirects, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, broken links, mobile usability, Core Web Vitals, and structured data • Support website migrations and redesigns through content inventories, URL mapping, redirect planning, prelaunch checks, and postlaunch monitoring • Manage ethical link-building and digital PR activities • Apply E-E-A-T principles, verify factual claims, and ensure responsible AI use with human editing and fact-checking • Improve calls to action, service explanations, inquiry paths, registrations, demonstrations, and other conversion paths • Work with sales and operations to understand customer questions, objections, terminology, and buying decisions • Provide weekly updates and monthly performance reports for each website • Use Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools to identify opportunities and evaluate results • Establish baselines, audit websites and workflows, publish and refresh priority content, strengthen internal linking, and present performance reviews and roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated success managing website content and improving organic performance • Excellent English writing and editing skills, including the ability to produce clear, persuasive American English content • Strong experience managing writers, briefs, editorial calendars, deadlines, and publication • Practical knowledge of keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, internal linking, content audits, and link building • Ability to use analytics and SEO tools to diagnose problems and prioritize work • Experience working within a content management system • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills • Ability to perform detailed work personally while managing contributions from others • Availability for a dedicated full-time position and a long-term commitment to the company • Preferred experience in translation, interpreting, localization, or other B2B services • Preferred experience with multilingual websites and international audiences • Preferred experience in healthcare, legal, government, or other industries requiring careful factual review • Preferred experience with website redesigns, migrations, and large content launches • Preferred experience with conversion improvement and coordination with sales teams
