📋 Description

• Manage dealership portfolio to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals across all products • Assist dealers in maximizing the financial opportunity of the program through customized action plans • Drive service advisor effectiveness, training, and retail strategies through coaching and training • Collaborate with Service Managers, Parts Managers, and other dealer stakeholders on product screens, inventory levels, and competitive pricing • Develop and maintain a consistent monthly contact schedule with dealers • Track activity and manage account information in Salesforce • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and share best practices across the team and dealership network

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required • Prior professional experience selling with territory management skills • Highly organized with strong follow-up skills • Full understanding of the sales process, including business planning, training, retail selling, and inventory • Ability to negotiate and close deals • Located within the assigned territory • Strong customer relationship skills and ability to sell at the top • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Frequent bending, crouching, and twisting • Extensive driving and traveling to customer accounts, up to 80% • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds • Must meet Dealer Tire’s Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Company Vehicle Fleet Policy • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen; random drug testing applies
