📋 Description
• Own a sales territory • Find emerging fund managers and present Decile’s fund administration platform • Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contract • Prospect actively and contact general partners by phone • Demonstrate modern fund operations and Decile’s platform • Close sales without committee involvement or handoffs • Drive Decile Group’s growth • Sell solutions ranging from Start Fund for first-time managers to full migrations from legacy platforms
🎯 Requirements
• Venture capital experience • Knowledge of the VC and emerging manager ecosystem • Understanding of fund structures and day-to-day GP operations • Ability to build an independent sales pipeline • Experience using AI and other sales tools • Self-directed, agentic working style • Experience as a first sales hire or building something independently • Exceptional sales performance
