📋 Description

• Lead Developer/Systems Analyst and liaison between customer stakeholders and Decision Resources • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements • Define and develop information solutions • Perform quality assurance planning and testing • Assist users with user acceptance testing (UAT) • Run training sessions and workshops on product and system processes • Provide post-production support • Follow a Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Provide production support for Decision365 and DecisionExcelerator (Syteline) • Support customer transactions involving Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Ecommerce, and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) • Resolve general user issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems or related field • 3-5 years of experience in an IT Developer / Systems Analyst role • Experience with Syteline V.10 • Experience with customer order integration using EDI, Ecommerce, and OCR platforms • Experience with supply chain and warehouse management • Full life cycle project management experience using Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies • Programming experience in Microsoft VisualStudio.NET (Visual Basic) and PL/SQL (Microsoft SQL Server) • Financial Management experience is a plus
