β’ 1β2+ yearsβ experience in SDR/BDR or similar sales roles. β’ Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding meeting targets. β’ Strong outbound capability across multiple channels. β’ Clear, direct communicator. β’ Thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup. β’ Bonus: Experience selling into healthcare or medspa environments.
