âą Create new sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels. âą Identify and engage decision-makers and influencers within target accounts. âą Schedule qualified meetings between prospective customers and ServiceChannel Account Executives. âą Uncover business challenges, priorities, and initiatives that align with ServiceChannel solutions. âą Consistently achieve and exceed monthly pipeline generation goals. âą Research target accounts, industries, and stakeholders. âą Develop account plans and prospecting strategies alongside Account Executives. âą Monitor buying signals, organizational changes, technology initiatives, and other trigger events. âą Build and maintain accurate account and contact data within Salesforce. âą Collaborate closely with Account Executives to prioritize territories and target accounts. âą Participate in pipeline reviews, coaching sessions, enablement programs, and strategic planning discussions. âą Share market feedback, competitive insights, and customer trends to improve go-to-market execution. âą Maintain activity, account, and pipeline hygiene within Salesforce and other sales tools. âą Follow established sales processes while continuously testing and improving messaging approaches. âą Handle objections professionally and maintain resilience through complex sales conversations. âą Represent ServiceChannel with professionalism, credibility, and curiosity in every customer interaction.
âą 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, Inside Sales, Business Development, or related customer-facing role. âą Excellent written and verbal communication skills. âą Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals. âą Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills. âą Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform. âą Ability to research accounts, identify stakeholders, and engage senior-level business professionals. âą Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. âą Experience in a B2B SaaS environment (Preferred). âą Familiarity with modern sales engagement and intelligence platforms such as Gong, Gong Engage, Salesloft, Nooks, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, and similar tools (Preferred). âą Experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting (Preferred). âą Experience working in a metrics-driven sales organization (Preferred).
