• Own the development and successful execution of the Patient Services strategy for the commercial launch of DT120 • Work with Regulatory, Marketing, Legal, and cross-functional commercial teams to align with corporate goals • Define how Definium Patient Services supports patients across onboarding, treatment preparation, REMS, and ongoing support • Develop and implement potential REMS for DT120 with Compliance and internal and external partners • Design, refine, and operationalize end-to-end patient/care partner journeys from referral through long-term follow-up • Translate strategy into operational workflows, business requirements, CRM functionality, reporting needs, and digital capabilities • Identify opportunities for AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and digital engagement • Create external engagement materials and internal training materials for patient-facing teams • Ensure ongoing REMS-related education and compliance support • Use data and analytics to drive departmental, program, and patient success • Manage direct reports and drive team culture and success • Lead launch readiness activities, including SOP development, training, operational testing, governance, and cross-functional launch planning • Drive department culture as a member of the Patient Services Leadership Team • Oversee the MLR/PRC promotional review process for compliant patient-facing marketing materials • Partner with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and commercial teams on engagement strategies • Translate market insights into actionable strategies that strengthen engagement, differentiation, and launch readiness
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred • Minimum 10 years industry related experience required • Minimum 5 years Patient Services experience required • Significant understanding of PS compliance and legal guidelines required • Understanding of internal and external material creation process (i.e., PRC) • Experience designing patient support operating models required • Experience with Patient Services CRM systems preferred • Experience with REMS strategies, compliance, and support offerings preferred • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration; intellectually curious, solutions-oriented, and effective at communicating and socializing strategic recommendations • Launch experience in the U.S. pharmaceutical market required • Experience in CNS / psychiatry, specialty pharmaceutical, or complex treatment categories preferred • Experience with process design and workflow development • Experience supporting highly regulated therapies (REMS or DEA Drug Scheduling equivalent) • Ability to synthesize complex clinical, market, and customer data into actionable strategies • Strong presentation skills and ability to influence senior, cross-functional, and agency stakeholders • Ability to lead through ambiguity in a pre-commercial environment • Ability to travel as required; average 10–20%, with higher travel during key launch periods
