📋 Description

• Communicate with clients, medical assistants, and nurses within the organization • Maintain client and employee privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations • Explain treatment procedures to patients and provide follow-up education • Answer a multi-line phone system, take appointments, or direct calls to the appropriate department • Answer a high volume of incoming calls • Check voicemails and return customer calls • Maintain daily email communication with patients, vendors, and co-workers • Organize and maintain cleanliness of working areas, supplies, and equipment • Provide customer service, apply problem-solving skills to client complaints, and follow up to ensure satisfaction • Perform duties and responsibilities that may change at any time with or without notice

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a Florida resident to apply • 1 + years in healthcare preferred • High School Diploma • Ability to execute active listening and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional customer service • Excellent inter-personal relationship skills and the ability to work with individuals of all levels • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including phone and e-mail etiquette • Ability to effectively learn and utilize multiple computer programs • Ability to prioritize and multi-task • Monday-Friday 10:45am-7:30pm availability
