📋 Description

• Support cross-functional teams with RFIs, pitch materials, and strategic growth initiatives • Collaborate across Practice Areas to identify new opportunities and centralize growth efforts • Coordinate with lead-gen team to create outreach campaigns to accelerate growth opportunities • Support vetting and qualification of inbound opportunities through background research • Develop integrated pitch processes, playbooks, and templates • Partner with SMEs and Practice Area leads to source and refine thought leadership content • Ensure alignment between marketing programs and prospect motivations • Support event strategies aligned with the targeting approach

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in new business growth and development, ideally in advertising, digital media, ad-tech, or client-side marketing with a focus on project or process execution • Experience contributing to successful pitch efforts within the last 18 months • Solid understanding of new business processes and marketing best practices • Proficiency with collaboration and marketing tools such as MS Teams, Salesforce.com, Google Suite and project management platforms • Strong writing and editorial skills with attention to detail • Ability to work cross-functionally and foster collaboration across Practice Areas
