📋 Description

• Develop within the Axe Monitor product and component libraries • Own investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of production customer issues during US Eastern business hours • Build high-volume services, scanner engines, data pipelines, and database queries using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and SQL • Maintain and build accessible UI components and APIs in TypeScript, Node.js, and ReactJS • Use AI tools to accelerate delivery while reviewing AI-generated code for security, logic, and accuracy • Drive backend architecture • Independently resolve production issues when overseas team members are offline

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience • Strong backend experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and relational databases • 2+ years of experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and ReactJS • Proven experience using AI tools effectively and critical judgment to catch AI errors and edge cases • Ability to query databases, trace code, and resolve live production issues independently • Ability to work dedicated 9 AM–5 PM US Eastern business hours • Experience building complex software in large enterprise environments • Active GitHub profile with inspectable code; Java samples preferred • Basic web accessibility knowledge • Foundational familiarity with WCAG, accessible DOM patterns, and ARIA preferred • Claude Certified Developer - Foundations (CCDV-F) credential or equivalent practical experience preferred • Resume and public GitHub profile required • Must complete reference and background checks
