📋 Description

• Partner with Manufacturing Operations, Quality, and IT to identify, analyze, and implement business system solutions supporting manufacturing objectives and operational excellence • Serve as a functional subject matter expert for Manufacturing Execution Systems, including Siemens Opcenter/Camstar • Lead requirements-gathering workshops and business process discovery sessions • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs • Analyze end-to-end manufacturing processes and system interactions for standardization, automation, scalability, compliance, and efficiency opportunities • Design and review MES configurations, workflows, data collection strategies, and system enhancements • Lead medium- to large-scale manufacturing systems projects and enhancements • Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, developers, validation teams, and IT partners • Identify business and system risks and drive mitigation strategies • Lead User Acceptance Testing and integration testing, including test strategy, test case review, defect triage, execution coordination, and release readiness • Establish and promote business systems best practices, standards, and governance processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), preferably Siemens Opcenter / Camstar, including exposure to system modeling concepts • Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional system documentation • Experience creating process maps, flowcharts, and basic system interaction diagrams • Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies • Experience supporting or working with low-code platforms, preferably Mendix, in an enterprise or manufacturing environment • Exposure to regulated manufacturing environments such as medical device, biotech, or regulated manufacturing • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 5–8 years of related experience, or master’s degree and 2–5 years of equivalent industry experience, or PhD and 0–2 years of experience • Ability to travel up to 25%
