📋 Description

• Analyze, understand, and translate business needs into executive reports and/or business/technical documents with minimal supervision • Perform business requirements gathering and create deliverables • Conduct detailed research • Analyze viable solution alternatives • Create technical documents, high-level solution designs, and project timelines • Stress test solution results before production • Perform testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Participate in the complete system development life cycle • Oversee Special Investigations financial data tables mapping documents and maintenance • Engage with IT and/or Analytics regarding data table issues and space planning

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or GED • 4–6 years of related IT work experience, preferably in the health insurance industry • Key role in major company initiatives and some leadership experience • Development experience in one or more of Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, or Python • Experience with claims, provider, and member data domains and their relationships • Knowledge of the system development life cycle and implementation methodologies • Experience using tools and methodologies such as SIPOC to identify process and operational efficiencies • Proficiency in structured query languages or analysis techniques • Ability to apply structure to loosely defined problems • Understanding of core business functions • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong PC skills • Excellent organizational skills • Working knowledge of programming, development, and technical architecture preferred • Tableau Developer experience preferred • Bachelor's Degree preferred
