📋 Description

• Analyze business challenges and help create technology solutions for improved health and human services outcomes • Collaborate with business analysts to make client recommendations that improve business processes • Translate client business needs and technical requirements into simpler non-technical language • Analyze and document systems requirements and business processes • Build basic conceptual data and process models to quantify potential system-change impacts • Execute and analyze basic test case scenarios from existing test plans • Participate in technical reviews and inspections with senior leaders • Develop technical skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, or Visio

🎯 Requirements

• Basic understanding of the software development life cycle, programming concepts, and Microsoft Office • Interest in learning configuration, development, and batch processing processes • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing business needs, triaging bugs and defects, and supporting process improvement • Clear and effective oral and written communication skills in a professional work environment • Interest in technical and non-technical collaboration, business processes, process re-engineering, and Business Process Automation solutions • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain reference data, including tables, code sets, configuration data, and business rules • Exposure to data management concepts and supporting accurate reference data updates under guidance • Foundational experience with Excel, SQL, ALM, or other requirements management tools through coursework, internships, projects, or work experience • Curiosity and willingness to learn data governance, compliance requirements, and business process documentation • Video cameras required during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
