📋 Description

• Gain an understanding of users, their problems, and why those problems exist • Put users and their needs first to create empathy for the solutions being built • Translate sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups into functioning web and mobile experiences • Write modern JavaScript for web and mobile applications • Develop and maintain payment systems • Integrate and optimize Stripe APIs for a smooth and secure user experience • Work closely with designers and developers • Maintain development workflow with GitHub • Communicate via Basecamp, Slack, Linear, and video calls • Execute with quality and speed in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment • Incorporate feedback into work • Deliver tested, maintainable, and documented software • Work on cross-functional product teams focused on innovative digital products • Work iteratively and collaboratively in assigned work, sprints, and cycles

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for the whole product process • Demonstrated ability to use an iterative process to maintain project momentum • Familiarity with modern development tools, libraries, and frameworks, including React, React Native, Redux, Node, GraphQL, GitHub, VS Code, CircleCI, and Jest • Experience with Stripe integrations • Hands-on expertise building, maintaining, and scaling payment systems • Experience implementing APIs and ensuring secure, seamless transactions • Must be based in the United States • Must be available during standard business hours for client and team meetings • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must answer application questions and provide a video demonstrating exceptional ability
