📋 Description

• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text in a timely and professional manner • Assist patients with account questions and order updates • Navigate patients through the treatment process • Coordinate with clinical, pharmacy, and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless patient experience • Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems • Resolve issues with empathy while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction • Meet performance goals for response times, quality, and patient experience

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, telehealth, medical offices, or pharmacy • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment • Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor • Proficiency with computers and customer support platforms • Familiarity with EMR, CRM, or ticketing systems • Experience supporting patients in a remote environment • Knowledge of GLP-1 medications, HRT, peptides, or wellness programs • A reliable personal laptop or desktop computer prior to start date • A quality headset for calls prior to start date • High-speed internet connection prior to start date
