📋 Description

• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text in a timely and professional manner. • Assist patients with account questions, order updates, and navigate the treatment process. • Coordinate with clinical, pharmacy, and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless patient experience. • Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems. • Resolve issues with empathy while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. • Meet performance goals for response times, quality, and patient experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Required Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, telehealth, medical offices, or pharmacy. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment. • Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. • Proficiency with computers and customer support platforms. • Preferred Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or wellness industries. • Familiarity with EMR, CRM, or ticketing systems. • Experience supporting patients in a remote environment. • Knowledge of GLP-1 medications, HRT, peptides, or wellness programs.
