📋 Description

• Develop professionally while working alongside in-house counsel • Gain experience as in-house counsel in a leading video content distribution company • Work on content distribution agreements • Attend depositions and hearings • Conduct legal research • Draft memoranda • Potentially work across Content and Programming, Intellectual Property, Litigation, Regulatory, Product, and Labor and Employment practice areas

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least a first-year student enrolled at an ABA-accredited law school • Must be in good academic standing • Strong professional judgment • Strong work ethic • Strong interest in the entertainment industry • Cover letter indicating interest in the entertainment industry, no more than 1 page • Brief personal statement highlighting experiences, perspectives, or values contributing to the legal team or profession, no more than 1 page • Current resume • Academic transcript • Must have full U.S. work authorization now and in the future
