📋 Description

• Own IonQ’s talent development strategy by diagnosing capability and performance gaps and setting investment priorities • Architect and ship development experiences from design through facilitation, adoption, and measurement • Build leadership development pathways for managers, senior leaders, and high-potential talent • Create development paths for technical experts and equip new managers to lead technical teams • Embed AI into employee and manager development through coaching, practice, personalized paths, and manager tools • Scale the enablement ecosystem by activating internal experts, managing vendors and the learning budget, and deciding when to build, buy, or not intervene • Define and track KPIs covering adoption, time to proficiency, behavior change, and business impact • Translate measurement results into actionable insights for leaders • Join IonQ’s People team and contribute to building the world’s best quantum computers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing and shipping talent development or enablement programs within high-growth technology, engineering or similarly complex organizations, with specific examples delivered in short windows • Demonstrated AI fluency across the development lifecycle, from needs analysis and content design through delivery and measurement • Built or shipped AI-enabled learning experiences or tools • Judgment on when to buy, build, or do nothing, with examples of each • Exceptional facilitation skills with senior leaders and highly technical audiences • Experience operating as a function of one or close to it, with clear prioritization judgment • Strong consultative and influencing skills without formal authority • Experience partnering with senior leaders to secure sponsorship and drive adoption • Ability to define meaningful development KPIs and translate outcomes into business impact • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and professional experience • U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee status required for US non-technical jobs due to export control laws
